- I am a wife and mother of four children, including three sons and one daughter. I live in South Weber, UT. I have worked as a research scientist and science education specialist at the University of Utah, developing science curriculum for educators in grades K-12. I am currently an elementary science specialist at Shadow Valley Elementary in Ogden, UT. I also teach one session of preschool children at my home. I use a project approach to teach young children important 21st century skills, such as communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
